We are pleased to announce "The 2nd KIAS Workshop on COSMOLOGY AND STRUCTURE FORMATION", hosted by Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS).
Venue: International Conference Hall at KIAS
This workshop will be immediately followed by The 2006 Sloan Digital Sky Survey Collaboration Meeting at Seoul National University, Seoul. The link for this meeting is here.
Our understanding of the cosmos has been making rapid progress due to an interplay of recent precision cosmological observations, such as SDSS and WMAP, and advancement in theoretical understanding. The aim of this workshop is to review the recent progress in the observational results from SDSS and WMAP and our current state of understanding from a theoretical perspective, in particular, within the framework of the standard Lambda CDM model and inflation.
