Gravitational Lensing with SDSS

  Varieties of method exist to test the cosmological model with gravitational lensing data. Lensed quasars provide independent means to test the curvature of the universe and the properties of galaxies as well as to determine the important cosmological parameters like matter density and the dark energy. Weak lensing is also very promising in constructing the three- dimensional mass map of the universe. Current status of gravitational lensing research utilizing SDSS is also discussed.
